East Midlands
Galleries from our Students & Tutors
Whenever we run a workshop at one of our East Midlands venues, we like to gather together the best images for one of our galleries.
This year our workshops will be held in a new classroom at National Trust Clumber Park, just opposite the main (tarmac) Car Park, close to the shop. As ever our workshops at Clumber will feature the Walled Kitchen Garden, Victorian Gardeners’ workshops, parkland, lakes and a whole variety of trees, flowers and fungi.
At Hardwick Hall our classroom remains in the Park Centre, and we’ll be using the Hall, gardens, Stainsby Watermill, the parkland, ponds and lakes as our subjects.
Our workshops at Whisby Nature Park, just off the Lincoln Ring Road, are held in the Education Centre classrooms, with easy access to the lake, with all it’s wildlife, flowers and insects, including some amazing dragonflies.
Please send us your photographs taken on or following one of our workshops, and we’re happy to let you have a brief critique so that you can continue to improve your photography.
Don’t forget to visit our East Midlands page for more details of what’s happening in the area.

“Thank you for the SLR1 course at Hardwick Hall last Friday. I found it very informative and well presented – I learned a lot despite having had a digital camera for 2+ years!!” Bob Parkinson
